1 Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry specific meanings when used in relation to y 777 and the services available at y777.cash:
- "Platform" — the y 777 website at y777.cash, any associated mobile applications, and all services, products, and features provided through them.
- "We / Us / Our" — the operators of y 777 and the y777.cash platform.
- "You / Player / User" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the y 777 platform in any capacity.
- "Account" — the individual registered account created by a Player on the y 777 platform.
- "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the currency used for all transactions on the y 777 platform.
- "Bet / Wager" — any stake placed by a Player on a sports market, casino game, or any other betting product offered by y 777.
- "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by y 777 to eligible Players under specific conditions.
- "Winnings" — any PKR balance credited to a Player's account as a result of a successful bet or casino game outcome.
2 Eligibility
To register an account and use any services on the y 777 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. y 777 strictly prohibits the registration of accounts by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification, and all funds may be withheld.
- You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations by automated systems, bots, or on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
- You must not already hold an existing account on the y 777 platform. Each person is permitted only one account. Operating multiple accounts — even under different names or payment methods — is considered a violation of these Terms.
- You must use your own genuine identity and payment methods. Registration using false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of y 777, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicitly permitted in writing.
Age Verification: y 777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension. The protection of minors is a non-negotiable priority for y 777.
3 Account Registration & Security
When you register an account at y 777, you are creating a personal account that is yours alone and subject to the following conditions:
- You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information at registration and for updating that information if it changes. y 777 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — including your password, mobile PIN, and any two-factor authentication codes. Never share your login details with anyone, including y 777 support staff, who will never ask for your password.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact y 777 support immediately via live chat or email. y 777 is not responsible for losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
- y 777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms is detected, without prior notice.
- Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. y 777 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Player before any dormancy fees or account closures are applied.
y 777 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform. Your account data and all financial transactions are protected end-to-end at all times.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the y 777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by the platform on standard transactions. The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum threshold.
- Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers to all major Pakistani banks, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards.
- Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited instantly in normal circumstances. IBFT bank transfers are typically processed within 1–2 business hours. Card deposits follow standard network processing times.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a specific exception is approved by y 777. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Player funds.
- y 777 does not apply platform-side fees to deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which y 777 bears no responsibility.
- y 777 reserves the right to request identity or payment verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays.
- Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. VIP Club members receive priority processing. IBFT and card withdrawals may take longer depending on banking hours and network processing.
5 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the y 777 platform:
- Minimum single bet: Rs 100. There is no platform-mandated maximum bet on most markets, although individual market limits apply and are displayed on the bet slip.
- All bets are accepted subject to availability of the market at the time the bet is placed. y 777 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
- Once confirmed, bets are final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except through the Cash Out feature where available and while it remains active.
- If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without a result being reached, y 777 will void all affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts within 24 hours, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time and are subject to any delay in data feeds. y 777 is not responsible for delays in external data or scoring services that may temporarily affect in-play market availability.
- Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for a win. If any selection is voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), the accumulator continues with the remaining legs, with the odds recalculated accordingly.
- y 777 uses official competition results as declared by the relevant governing body to settle markets. Unofficial or media-reported results are not used for settlement purposes.
- Any bet placed through obvious error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds due to a technical fault — may be voided by y 777. Where such bets have been settled, y 777 reserves the right to reverse the settlement and recalculate at the correct odds.
6 Casino Game Rules
The following rules apply to all casino game activity on y 777, including live dealer games, slots, table games, video poker, and instant win products:
- All random number generator (RNG) casino games on y 777 are independently certified for fairness. Published RTP percentages are accurate representations of long-run statistical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- Live dealer game results are determined by real physical actions — cards dealt from a real shoe, a real ball on a real roulette wheel — and are recorded on camera. These results are final once the round closes.
- Progressive jackpot amounts displayed in real time are the current pool value. Jackpots are awarded randomly as specified by each game's rules. y 777 does not control jackpot trigger timing.
- Minimum stakes on live tables vary by game and are displayed clearly before joining. Players must have sufficient PKR balance to cover the minimum stake before joining a live table at y 777.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, y 777 will apply the standard resolution as recorded in the game server log. For RNG games, unresolved rounds at the point of disconnection will typically be cancelled and the stake returned.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
y 777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are awarded at y 777's sole discretion and are not a guaranteed entitlement. y 777 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Free bets are valid for the stated period from award date. Unused free bets expire at the end of this period and cannot be reinstated. Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings — only net profit from a free bet is credited.
- Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. y 777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee wagering completion (known as "bonus hedging"), using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms rather than genuinely engage with the platform.
- Where bonus abuse is identified, y 777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void related winnings, and suspend or close the account involved.
- VIP Club rewards and cashback are governed by separate VIP programme terms, available in the VIP Club section of the y 777 platform.

8 Responsible Gaming
y 777 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We believe that gambling should be entertainment — enjoyable, within your means, and never a financial obligation or source of distress.
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account settings. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after the change is requested.
- A cool-down period (temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours to 30 days) is available to any Player at any time. During a cool-down period, the Player's account will be suspended and no bets or deposits can be placed.
- Permanent self-exclusion is also available. Players who request permanent self-exclusion will have their account closed and will not be permitted to re-register on the y 777 platform.
- y 777 uses responsible gaming indicators to identify players who may be experiencing difficulty. Where patterns of behaviour suggesting problem gambling are identified, y 777 may proactively contact the Player and, in appropriate cases, apply responsible gaming measures to the account.
- Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts. Any such accounts will be closed immediately and any funds held may be withheld.

9 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y 777 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering or operating more than one account, regardless of the name, payment method, device, or IP address used.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
- Providing false personal information during registration or at any point during identity verification.
- Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider knowledge abuse, or collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on betting markets.
- Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account on y 777.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of any part of the y 777 platform or its servers.
- Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a platform error may be voided and the account may be restricted.
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at y 777 staff, support agents, or other Players.
10 Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to y 777. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the y 777 platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
- y 777 collects the minimum personal information necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, and fulfil legal obligations.
- Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies strictly where necessary and lawful.
- y 777 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve platform performance and personalise your experience. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by y 777, subject to applicable laws and our legitimate operational requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability
y 777 provides the platform and all its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, technical faults, or errors at all times.
- y 777 is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any other consequential or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: interrupted internet connectivity, device failure, or data transmission errors on the Player's end.
- y 777 is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game providers, data feed suppliers, or any other external service involved in delivering the platform experience.
- In all cases, the maximum liability of y 777 to any individual Player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding any bonus funds.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12 Changes to These Terms
y 777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect new regulatory requirements, platform updates, new products, or changes in our operational policies.
- Where changes are material, y 777 will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.
- Continued use of the y 777 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
- The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
- If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any balance.
